Nicole Simeral & Co. is an event design and production firm with offices in Boston and Palm Beach. We specialize in creating one-of-a-kind destination weddings and events for our clients in New England, Florida, the Caribbean and beyond. Together as a team, we work to build lasting relationships with our couples and bring their dream events to life.

Since 2013 Nicole has been working to build Nicole Simeral & Co. into the North East’s premier event and lifestyle brand and has grown the company to include a multitude of full-time and freelance staff members. In this time Nicole has planned countless events in New England as well as destinations such as Italy, Portugal, Greece, Turks and Caicos, Mexico and a multitude of destinations within the continental United States.

Specializing in creating weekend long celebrations for our couples and their families, we offer a boutique experience where we work to coordinate every detail from hair and makeup through ceremony plans, catering, entertainment, transportation and decor, we leave no detail unplanned for the entire weekend. On the day of the event we are the first on site and the last to leave, allowing our brides and their families an unparalleled experience where every detail is carefully planned and executed.

KIND, THOUGHTFUL, GRACIOUS, these are the principles that I incorporate into my business and every celebration I am apart of planning.  I knew at an early age that all I wanted to do was make people happy and welcome. I was the Director of Catering at the Forbes 5 Star, Boston Harbor Hotel before I realized I was my own brand and I must embark on seizing my own destiny. 

I’ve put my heart and soul into developing a relationship focused firm which remains kind, gracious and thoughtful; we are all about the details.  My clients have included global Fortune 500 companies, New England sports teams, politicians and socialites; they are all more than just clients, they are friends I will cherish forever.  My team and I pride ourselves on being laser focused, attentive and devoted to your needs.



Raymond Felton

Creative Director

My path to the event industry is a rather unconventional story; while following my passion for flowers and gardening I found myself working in the flower department, at a small-town grocery store, in Millis, Massachusetts. Through hard work and a knack for making friends I have been fortunate to find a path which has led me to tremendous personal growth and satisfaction, I cannot express enough how lucky I am to have made a career creating one-of-a-kind concepts for my client’s special days.

I made my way through the flower industry eventually working for florists in Boston, in 2017 I made the leap from botanical art to full time event design.

I specialize in decorating events and I consider making memorable experiences for my clients to be one of my greatest passions. To this day I am still in love with everything involving plants and in my spare time I dream of my next garden adventure, but i’m not ashamed to admit that my favorite thing to do is sit in front of my fireplace with a warm cup of tea (jasmine of course).

Being an event planner is so fun, I have loved the hospitality industry since high school!

While at USC I worked at the Augusta National Golf Club, Masters Tournament, it was there that I met Nicole. After attending the University of South Carolina, I graduated (Cum Laude!) with a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management and started my career off working for Nicole Simeral & Co.

At Simeral Co I work directly with our clients and partners to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch. I also provide logistical support to Nicole and Raymond and I manage our office. I have learned a great deal observing Nicole and her creativity, I’m Nicole and Raymond’s “right hand” and very fortunate to work alongside two of the best in the industry. 

The satisfaction that comes from creating a memorable experience for our clients is truly my passion!


Alyssa Martin

I love making people happy, that’s why I am in love with Hospitality.


I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in hospitality, restaurant, and tourism management. During my final semester, I worked for the Masters golf tournament at Augusta National Golf Club where I met Nicole. Nicole and I instantly hit is off and soon after I found myself re-locating to Boston to join Nicole and her team. 


I keep team Simeral Co. organized and I love making our brides and clients happy. Like the rest of the team I love helping our Brides and Grooms make special memories that will last their entire lives.
